In today’s society, due to the dependency on petroleum, high-efficientmining of petroleum becomes an important subject. However, the appearance ofsubmersible screw pump helps to address this problem to some extent, whichimproved the efficiency of power source submersible motor. The optimal designof motor is a significant way of boosting the efficiency, and choosing a goodoptimization algorithm which is suitable for the submersible motor design isnecessary. The submersible motor is three-phase induction motor with operatingin the oil well, which is characterized as special structure. Generally, it has thesegmented structure which the rotor phases are fixed by alignment bearing andstator phases are separated by copper rings without magnetism.The slim-lined structure of submersible motor decides its differences fromthe normal induction machine, which combined the genetic algorithm andbiology immune system to write the optimal design program of immune geneticalgorithm. The algorithm not only has the feature of overall parallel like standardgenetic algorithm, but also applies the characteristics of biological immunemechanism to improve search efficiency of traditional algorithm. Throughmathematical function, the accuracy of immune algorithm can be tested, and theresult has proved the effectiveness of algorithm.Based on the actual features of submersible motor, the mathematical modelof submersible motor optimal design is established in the paper and to assure thetarget function, constraint condition, and optimization variable. Connectedimmune genetic algorithm to electromagnetic calculation program of submersiblemotor, the optimal design immune genetic algorithm is applied to submersiblemotor for the practical calculation, and the main performance index, materials, optimization variable are compared in the process. The result has proved that theoptimal design software which is applied to the submersible motor is effectiveand reliable.The paper has developed the optimal design software for submersible motorwhich is based on the Windows System. The software has the electromagneticcomputing functions, motor optimization design functions, the temperaturecalculation functions, plate figure drawing functions, and auxiliary function ofsoftware including graphic demonstration and hot check. The software operatedeasily and user interface is friendly, which reduced the artificial operation timeand achieved the helping role of software.
