Almost a century, as a means of non-contact heating, induction heating had avery wide range of applications in induction brazing, induction hardening, inductionmelting and induction heat curing industry. Now it became an important heatingtechnology which could not be ignored. Because of energy conservation, green andefficient, High frequency induction heating power supply gained wide applicationprospect and huge market demand. However, induction heating power supply hadsome shortcomings. It had important significance to improve capacity, precision anddigital by studying its topology and control strategy.The dissertation presented the development of induction heating power supply,introduced the basic principles and the main effect of induction heating briefly, andanalyzed the common topologies of induction heating power supply. Then analyzedand compared different power control schemes and frequency tracking schemes,studied the switching characteristics of MOSFET and designed the driver circuit indepth. Finally, selected and used chopper circuit to complete power adjustment anddesigned DPLL to control frequency tracking and phase locking.Designed the hardware circuit for10kW/100kHz induction heating powersupply, included the design of main circuit and control circuit, control circuit tookDSP TM320F2812as the main chip, completed the control of system operation.Specifically, rectifier filter circuit, full-bridge inverter circuit, buck converter circuit,signal detection processing circuit, driver circuit and protection circuit, selected theparameters of components and the types in detail after analysis and description,included switching devices, driver chips and the load matching of LLC.Verified the control strategy of power conditioning completed by Fuzzy controland frequency adjustment completed by digital phase-locked loop, built the model of10kW/100kHz induction heating power supply according to the parameters inMATLAB/Simulink. Obtained the results of simulation and completed the design of software by using the data of simulation.Finally, set up the experimental platform of10kW/100kHz induction heatingpower supply in accordance with the design parameters of the hardware circuitstructures, debugged and experimented on the experimental platform. Theexperimental results show that the DPLL implement phase locking after50s,power output stability, so the hardware circuit worked stable, verified the feasibilityof the control strategy.
