Fujian Province Municipal Road Subgrade Engineering Feasibility Study Stage Investment Estimation Index Compiled Research

According to the purpose of Investment estimate indicators they can be divided"composite indicator" and "sub-indicators", integrated indicators applicable to the preparationof the project proposal stage investment estimates, which is estimated investment indicators ofthe project proposal stage; Sub-indicators applicable to the preparation of the feasibility studyreport stage investment estimates, which is estimated investment indicators of the feasibilitystudy stage.Currently,“The index in municipal investment estimation”(2007version) is themain indictor to estimate the investment in municipal construction around China. However,there exists several problems, including the integrity in subentry index is oversized, and partsof subtitles are not sufficient. The reasons for the problems include “four new” technologyrushes out instantly, and the special characteristics of engineering geology, climate and naturalconditions in Fujian province. Consequently,“The index in municipal investment estimation”(2007version) cannot be unitized to fully satisfied the actual demand in investmentestimation of subgrade construction on municipal path in Fujian province. It is indispensableto carry out the investigation on the index involved in the assessment of project investment inFujian province.The thesis comes from Fujian Province, the construction of scientific research anddevelopment projects "to improve the accuracy of estimates of Fujian Municipal EngineeringInvestment"(Item No.2011-K-12).Due to the broad extension in the research field ofmunicipal engineering, the focus on the research narrowed down to two investment estimationindex, including subgrade earthwork and subgrade treatment.Firstly,on the basis ofinvestigating and analyzing the documents about municipal path in several typical cases inFujian province during the past years, and analyzing the adaption of available index accordingto Delphi method, sub-index system suitable to investment estimation of subgradeconstruction on municipal path in Fujian province is established. Secondly,on the basis of theprinciple that quality should go separately from the value, statistical analysis is utilized towork out the suitable index involved in labor, material, and the consumption in machines.Then July,2013was set as the base period, combined with the documents on valuationmethod in Fujian province, subentry index system suitable for the subgrade construction onmunicipal path in Fujian province is established. Finally,approved documents on budget estimate were selected, and the longitudinal and transverse correlation methods were utilized,to calculate the construction cost among these new established indicator.Significant practice and availability contribute to the benefical fact that the investigationhas vital reference value for the investment estimation of subgrade construction on municipalpath in Fujian province.
