With the development of science and technology, the requirement of processingenvironment for manufacturing industry become more and more high, such as bioengineering,medical equipment, semiconductor production etc. This situation need absolute dust-freeenvironment. Dust main source of human factors and processing machinery, research anddevelopment of good dust-free transmission equipment can reduce dust source and theparticipation of artificial, it can achieve higher automation and improve production efficiency.Unmanned vehicle and dustproof transmission equipment is widespread use at home andabroad, machinery and equipment all have lubrication requirements, mechanical friction etc,and these processes are associated with the generation of dust. Magnetic suspensiontechnology has no contact, no friction, no lubrication and a series of advantages, used indust-free transfer occasions can effectively solve the existing problems in the traditionalequipment.The permanent magnetic suspension technology have features of compact structure,simple control system, puts forward a kind of permanent magnetic suspension dust-freetransmission system, which composed of a servo motor, disc permanent magnets, a pair ofmagnetizers like alphabet ‘F’, suspension guideway and actuating device, the permanentmagnets directly connected with servo motor, its rotation angle can be changed by servo motor,and then change the effective magnetic flux in the magnetic circuit, the levitation force ofsuspension system can be changed in real time. Suspension system consists of four groups ofthe same structure symmetry layout to make the system stable and provide enough oflevitation force.This paper introduces the dust-free transmission system structure and its workingprinciple, the numerical model is set up using the system identification method, studying thecharacteristics of the suspension system at the same time. Based on the above analysis, explainthe existence of system zero suspension force and its influence, calculate the change rule ofsuspension force about optimized system using finite element analysis software andsummarized it. At last, solve the key problems of automatically rising and falling downthrough the experiment. According to energy conservation and environmental protection characteristics ofpermanent magnet suspension system, contrast analysis the current size of corelesselectromagnet, core electromagnet and permanent magnet suspension system when they havethe same suspension force, then analysis the advantages and disadvantages of various optionsand their energy saving feature.Put forward a parallel permanent magnetic suspension system using flux path controlbased on the structure of permanent magnet suspension system, the suspended solids replacedwith two different sizes of iron ball. The numerical model is established based on the systemoperation mechanism theory and the controller parameters is analyzed when the system isstable suspensioned, then the correctness of the analysis is verified by experiment and researchits suspension characteristics, the dynamic response is analyzed when the system haveinterference of step or external force.
