| Rolling mill AGC servo hydraulic cylinder is one of the important components inthe rolling mill AGC hydraulic system. Mill AGC servo hydraulic cylinder is thehydraulic actuator that transmit hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, and a fastaccurate positioning device that can implement thickness adjustment for the rollingforce. Rolling mill AGC servo hydraulic cylinder bottom should have sufficient strength,rigidity and long service life, thus can reduce the failure of the rolling mill AGC servohydraulic cylinder. In this paper,based on the rolling mill AGC servo hydraulic cylinderas the research object, aimed at the bottom of the cylinder structure and the fatiguedamage problem of research work carried out the following several aspects:First, the application of mechanical and fluid fields related to the basic theory ofanalysis of the sudden and gradual onset of fault cylinder with finite element analysismethod was carried out on the bottom of the cylinder statics analysis, judgment underworking pressure rolling mill AGC servo hydraulic cylinder cylinder bottom mayappear sudden failure parts, and put forward countermeasures.Optimize the cylinderbottom structure design at the same time, analyzes and compares the optimizationresults obtained mill AGC servo hydraulic cylinder cylinder bottom of the optimal size.Second, in a certain steel company of hot rolled strip mill AGC servo hydrauliccylinder to provide, on the basis of actual working condition, respectively, of theoriginal cylinder bottom and end of the optimized cylinder size are compared, and thefatigue life analysis is theoretically verified the feasibility of the optimized cylinderbottom size.Finally, according to the original AGC hydraulic cylinder cylinder bottom crackfault, respectively to establish the original and the optimal size of the cylinder bottomcrack creep mathematical model, physical model and carry on the simulation analysis ofcrack.By comparing simulation results with the crack analysis, demonstrates the credibility of the research content, the fault diagnosis for rolling mill AGC servohydraulic cylinder cylinder bottom to provide reliable judgment basis. |
