With the cities increasingly promoting the green travel, our country has taken a series of measures to encourage people to take the Metro or bus to travel, thus urban road congestion mitigation/reduction of pollutant emissions, reduce PM2.5, more people choose bus as a daily commuter way. In addition to the rational distribution and optimization of bus routes, by mining the buses running data based on real-time and historical passenger data, recommending a more accurate travel program is also a way to enhance the quality of the bus ride.Firstly, the paper describes the current development of domestic and international bus transfer program query system. Most applications based on real-time bus data are used in predicting the arrival time of the bus, there is little application use the real-time data directly in generating the bus transfer scheme. Thus, this paper proposes real-time bus transfer scheme query system by using the real time data. The entire program firstly calculated static transfer plans based on the original bus information, and then preprocess the historical data and real-time data before train the neural network, by using the trained neural network we can calculate the dynamic value of static transfer scheme, at last the static transfer scheme generates dynamically transfer scheme based on the new dynamic value.The paper describes requirements analysis and implementation process for dynamic program generation system in detail, analyzes the system requirements for the database and function module, designs the relevant database table, the program flow function module, and the module call interface. BP neural network and multi-layer fusion engineering done on the project will be integrated into the code.The paper also describes the black box testing, white box testing procedures of certain modules of dynamic bus transfer system, tests the results the dynamic transfer scheme under different query mode queries and query criteria, as well as the selection strategy on the bus index while generating dynamic bus transfer schemes. Testing results show that the program can dynamically selects real-time or historical indicators based on the query conditions during the build process, then generates different dynamic transfer scheme depending on the query. In addition, we also take the system performance test, test the concurrent performance of the system, the program query response time and system stability.
