With the high-speed development of digital information era,human society is entering the time of big data.In the new energy field,a huge amount of operating data has been accumulated during the operation of wind farm.This thesis provides information support for the operation,management and maintenance of wind farm,and promotes the management and operation level of the wind farm through analysis of the operating conditions of the wind turbine and wind farm based on the wind farm historical data.First of all,to improve the data availability,access and storage efficiency,the quartile method is used to process the raw data based on the research of data preprocessing method,and a software of data integration and conversion is developed which is able to collect,select,and format various state variable data for different time intervals.Secondly,for the analysis of output characteristics of wind turbine,a method for solving the power curve five parameter model of wind turbine based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed and the clustering data preprocessing method is adopted to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the calculation.Thirdly,in order to evaluate and analyze the wind farm,the construction principle of the evaluation index system is established according to the characteristics of the wind power operation,and a multi-level operation evaluation index system is established from three aspects: the wind resources,the wind farm operation and the wind power equipment operation.Finally,to analyze the operating conditions of wind farm,using the entropy weight to adjust the subjective weight defined by the method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the combination weight of objective evaluation was obtained.The multi-level gray relational analysis(MGRA)evaluation has been presented to evaluate the wind farm operating conditions.This thesis has a deep research on analysis method of wind farm operation condition from three aspects: data preprocessing,wind turbine output characteristic analysis and wind farm operating condition analysis,which is an attempt and exploration of the theory and technology of power big data.
