At present,Full-automatic processing and assembly is an effective way to solveemployment difficulty and high human cost. Phone speaker diaphragm component is not onlysmall and thin, but also with certain acoustic requirements which lead to difficulty infull-automatic feeding transporting.Therefore, development and research of a full-automaticfeeding transmission machine is needed.Type and development status of the feeding transmission machine is studied in this paper.The key structure and motor function of the machine is analyzed based on customerrequirements and particularity of speaker voice coil diaphragm. The mechanical structure iscompleted, detailed transmission mechanism is analyzed, calculation and check is alsofinished for its operational stability. Key technologies including automatic diaphragm plateand automatic recovery of the empty diaphragm plate is settled by analyzing feedingmechanism. Positioning method is analysed especially precise positioning when the carrier istransferred to the waiting position, six point locating method and one side-two pinspositioning method is used.The key structure of the machine is gripping mechanism. Diaphragm is gripped usingCartesian robot. The motion process and action time distribution is analyze to determine typeof gripping diaphragm, gripping force and contact width between jaws and diaphragm ring.The finite element static analysis and buckling analysis on jaws gripping diaphragm iscompleted with Ansys Workbench to verify rationality of theoretical calculation of grippingforce, to ensure stability of the diaphragm structure.The operation stability must be taken into account as well as huge fluctuation of jawsaffecting gripping accuracy when electrification cylinder starts and parks. Therefore, combined simulation of ADAMS and Matlab Simulink is used, the control systemparameters is improved and optimized, resulting in decrease of whole jaws motion andvisually understanding of actual condition for customers.
