Prefabricated building is the main direction of industrialized building.Compared to concrete prefabricated buildings,prefabricated steel structure has the characteristics of low carbon emission,high degree of standardization,short construction period,and good mechanical performance.Therefore,the government has introduced relevant policies to develop steel construction industry vigorously.Steel frame structure of low-rise are suitable for rural houses,villas,etc.,with a wide range of application prospects.Systematic research on them has practical significance.In steel structure,beam-column joints are significant,and the joint mechanics formed by different connection methods of beam-column joints are also different.Currently,the two most widely used connection methods are welding connection and bolt connection.The problem of fracture of beam-column joints in steel structures was confirmed firstly in a Japanese earthquake of 19 th century.After the earthquake,it was learned through research that the break of the joint led to the collapse and destruction of the entire structure.After that,experts and scholars from all over the world focused on beam-column joints in steel structures to find better seismic performance connection joints than former forms,The reasonable design of beam-column joints is of great significance to ensure that the whole structure has good bearing capacity and stability in earthquake.Traditional bolt-welded beam-column joints are not conducive to improving construction efficiency due to the complexity of welding in on-site construction;Although traditional full bolt connections improve construction efficiency compared to bolt-welded connections,due to the large number of bolts,it is still necessary to find a connection method with fewer bolts.The two new types of all bolt connection joints proposed in this paper: end plate beam column connection joints and sleeve beam column connection joints,which are suitable for low rise buildings,greatly improve the on-site construction efficiency.In this paper,ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate two new types of steel frame joints-end plate beam column connections and sleeve beam column connections.The end plate beam-column connection node is a new type of node in which the end plate of the beam and the butt plate welded to the column web and flange are anchored by high-strength bolts.The sleeve type beam-column connection node is a new type of node in which the end plate of the beam and the steel tube column outer casing integrated column are anchored by high-strength bolts.On the basis of determining the cross-sectional dimensions and high-strength bolt positions of the end plate beam-column connection nodes and the sleeve beam-column connection nodes,sets of comparison models are designed by changing three important parameters,namely,the flange thickness of the node,the thickness of the butt plate,and the diameter of the high-strength bolt.By applying one-way and low-frequency reciprocating loads to the nodes,displacement load curves,hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,energy consumption comparison curves and failure modes are obtained,explore the law that the ultimate bearing capacity,energy dissipation performance,and failure mode of joints vary with various parameters.Change the cross-sectional dimensions of end plate beam-column connection nodes and sleeve beam-column connection nodes,simulate the changed nodes,use the simulation results to verify the derived joint calculation formula,summarize the impact of various parameters on the bearing capacity and seismic performance of the nodes,and find a reasonable range of parameters to ensure the rigid connection of end plate beam-column connection nodes and sleeve beam-column connection nodes.The conclusion proves that the analysis results are consistent with the results calculated by the formula,provides a reference for engineering design.
