Navigation and guidance equipments achieve the control of carrier’s attitude and position,while the attitude measurement provides the information to control the attitude. Because ofhuge dynamic response, high-speed flying objects require higher instantaneity and accuracyof attitude measurement systems. Navigation computers are the central unit of attitudemeasurement system, which achieve the acquisition of original data from the inertialsensor.What’s more, navigation computers accomplish the attitude calculation and outputefficiently.DSP chips, as to be the digital signal processors, have an great advantage overother CPUs and become to be an main part of navigation systems in recent years.This paper selects the TI32-bit floating DSP chip TMS320F28335and its peripheralcircuit to be the navigation computer, which completes the gathering of MEMS-IMU’sacceleration and angular rate, storage, calculation and output. All parts mentioned abovecompose a design of small size and high reliability attitude measurement system.The content of this paper contains:1) The overseas and domestic development of navigation computer was introduced and aattitude measurement system which used DSP as the navigation computer was proposed.2)Some work in researching attitude measurement theory based on strap-down inertialnavigation system is to be done. Quaternion is to be chosen to be the attitude algorithm afteran understanding and comparison of common algorithm. At last, it introduced the iterativecomputations formula of measuring attitude parameter and briefly analyzed the system error.3) Attitude measurement system of high-speed flying Objects based on DSPTMS320F28335is designed. The hardware platform is consist of navigation computer andMEMS-IMU. The schematic and PCB is drawn and the hardware is debugging successfully. Finally, the attitude calculation program was compiled.4)In order to solve the invalid problem that may occur in the circumstances of highoverload,this paper designs an anti-high-overloaded system from two aspects:hardware andcraft. The ANSYS software and20000g Marshall hammer experiment verifies the reliabilityof scheme of anti-high-overload.
