| Based on the analysis of structural characteristics and control strategy forvibration test bench existing from home and abroad, combined with the requirementsfor vibration test of the suspension producted by a car cab suspension, we design andproduct the vibration test bench of this paper. By finite element analysis of automobilecab suspension vibration test bench with ANSYS, and modal analysis of the test benchstructure, we optimize the mechanical structure of the test bench, ensure that the testbench has sufficient strength, rigidity and durability, and make sure that the test benchcan work reliably.First of all, by analyzing the development of major foreign manufacturers forvibration test bench, and comparative analysis of the research progress of domestic testbench, the function according to user requirements, we design a test bench to meet userrequirements by means of three-dimensional modeling software CATIA, then comparewith the traditional test bench, and analyze for the bench designed, and learn moreabout its structural characteristics, the freedom and working principle.Secondly, with the combination of mechanical structural characteristics of thebench, through the control strategy research, we design control scheme of hydraulicservo system, and complete drawing of hydraulic control schematic. Throughtheoretical calculations, we do parameter calculation and selection for the variouscomponents of hydraulic servo system, and complete the design of hydraulic controlstrategy of the test bench.Additionally, according to the structure of the test bench, reasonably simplify thetest bench and calculate finite element model parameters, establish finite elementmodel of vibration test bench by analysis software ANSYS, then modal analyze for thetest bench. Through the study of natural frequencies and mode shapes of the test bench, prove the rationality of the test bench structure design theoretically.Finally, using the experimental system of the vibration table about the automobilecab suspension that I have developed, conducted two kinds of experiments asingle-channel and multi-channel By controlling the frequency value and the amplitudevalue of the system, carried on the vibration experiments on suspension vibrationtest-bed, verified the mechanical reliability of the vibration test-bed and the stability ofthe hydraulic servo control system. At the same time, compared with the finite elementsimulation, verified that the vibration test-bed has good mechanical properties andexcellent applicability to meet the requirements of users in this paper.The advantage of the test system is flexible movement, fast response, it can eitherconduct for the coordination load tests among the four channels, but also for thesingle-channel loading tests. Users can complete the endurance strength test ofdifferent conditions about each automotive parts on this experimental system. In thispaper, the control of the magnitude frequency can more accurately reflect the actualroad conditions, by changing the frequency and amplitude to simulate the actual roadconditions, the position control and force feedback accuracy is high. It can providetheoretical and experimental basis for the study of the same type of the vibrationtest-bed. |
