Construction Organization Design And Safeguards Of Nanfeng Elegance

With the sustained and stable development of China’s economy，people’s standard ofliving increased rapidly, people’s demand for housing grows strongly. Countries vigorouslyimplement residential construction, making the building construction industry developmentmomentum and competition increasingly fierce. But as part of the construction, enterprisesin our country blindly expand scale, making project management level drops, directly causedthe extensive management, waste of resources, downturn of the economic efficiency,overruns of engineering cost, delay of the construction period, and decline of engineeringquality in a vicious cycle. If modern construction enterprise wants to be in an impregnableposition in the competition, the only way is to constantly improve their management level,and try to save project cost of construction projects, and improve the efficiency of theconstruction. This article studying housing construction project construction organizationdesign, from the aspects of technology, economy, and management, can make constructionenterprise give full play to its own advantages in capital, talent, equipment to constantlyimprove its comprehensive management level and its competitiveness, and then create abroader space for enterprise’s survival and development. At the same time, this study alsoprovides an important basis for project construction enterprises, and a scientific reference forthe efficient construction of residential construction projects in China.This article conducts a thorough research to the Nanfeng Elegance project constructionorganization design according to the basic principles of construction project constructionorganization design, related theories of construction organization, from the aspects of projectmanagement plan, organize, and control. It is based on the previous researches, with the helpof researching techniques such as theory combining with practice method, field surveymethod, and the method of literature reading. The content is as following:In the first part, the previous researches are integrated introduced, and also thebackground of the thesis, research status, aim and significance to study such problems areoutlined. At the same time, the main research methods of this article are briefly illustrated.In the second part, some theories of the construction organization design are defined,including its concept, content, compilation basis and basic principles of constructionorganization design.In the third part, the construction organization of the Nanfeng Elegance project is designed. Begin from its own conditions and external conditions of this project, this articleintroduces the general situation of the Nanfeng Elegance engineering. Then five maincontents about construction preparation, the main project construction plan, projectconstruction schedule arrangement, construction general layout and construction of theresource planning are put forward in the specific construction organization design.In the fourth part, some safeguards are designed from aspects of controlling theconstruction period, saving the cost, constructing safely, civilized and environmentally. Andaccording to the actual situation, the construction plans for the rainy season and summer areproposed.In the fifth part, the author mainly summarizes the full text and looks into the future.
