Power engineering construction is huge and complex,and power is closely related to people's lives,so no matter from the power engineering construction quality or safety are very important.The development of enterprise production demand more and more electric power,so the rapid development of enterprises and national economic strength increased rapidly in any sense are of great significance.All aspects of the national basic construction the life,such as electricity,industrial electricity,building electricity,School of electricity and hospital in important sectors such as electricity,has a v ery important effect on the construction and development of the country,so to ensure the normal operation of the society is to ensure the normal power supply,so the power engineering construction but is particularly important.Electric power,engineering construction management in our country has some problems,improve the power engineering construction organization and management level and efficiency is the primary task of the moment.Since each index has different effects on the primary and secondary objectives,in order to distinguish the effect of the degree of selection index,multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate 2 * 660 M W air cooling unit project construction organization design of Huadian Power Plant.The soil right to evaluate the construction organization design of power engineering,the the choice of indicators has strict requirements,indicators should not only have a comprehensive,systematic and representative,and must ensure that the index is feasible,easy to obtain data.According to the situation of Huadian Power Plant and soil engineering combined with the right to achieve the goal,establish relevant evaluation indexes,including construction scheme the construction schedule,staffing,construction organization measures,five level indicators and factors of information system construction,and if the stem two to establish according to the influencing factors on the level of the index And design the system chart of the construction organization design.In this paper,Huadian soil right power plant 2 * 660 MW air cooling unit project as an example,a comprehensive evaluation of the construction organization design.Through the Delphi method to improve the index of each layer,a reasonable weight,then obtain the degree of membership,and finally get the China electric power plant construction organization design of the soil right after the comprehensive evaluation results.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the corresponding optimization measures and suggestions are put forward.
