Audit theory isemphasized to stand in the Angle of the customer to check and evaluation, the final purposeis to fully meet customer quality requirements.But audit has applications in passenger car companies is not many, has only used in oneof the few car enterprises, This thesis is wanted by the in-depth study of the theory of audit,combined with the present situation of the development of bus enterprises, establish a set ofsuitable for passenger car industry audit method, so as to further prove that coach qualityaudit method mentioned in this paper.The main content of this thesis research has the following four aspects：First, to improve the quality of coach products as a starting point, this paper put forwardthe "quality win" concept, through to the domestic coach industry and airbus itself qualitymanagement present situation analysis, put forward the need to import a kind of qualitymanagement tools to improve the quality of coach products.Second, this thesis by Taylor’s "scientific management" and "control chart" of Walter A.Shewhtar as the breakthrough point, this paper introduces the related concepts of quality, hasbeen clear about the bus and the specific task of enterprise quality, determine the necessity ofthe good quality audit work, finally emphatically introduces the difference between thequality inspection and audit.Third, the system of this paper introduces the background of audit theory, applicationscope and method, etc., at the same time, detailed introduces the four product applicationpractice of airbus, the correctness of the research method was verified.Fourth, this paper introduces the horizontal comparison and quality functiondeployment (QFD), two kinds of quality tools, through comparing with quality standards and process to find the combining site, so that the coach quality audit method is furtherdeepened.
