With the vigorous development of modern technology, the guidance system as the core component of the missile, has increasingly technical contents and stricter performance requirements. Faced with the precise and complex system and increasingly variety of test items, test technology put forward higher requirements in terms of automation, real-time and intelligent. According to the test requirements of the guidance system and problems which on artificial interpretations for image results and fault recognitions, the research on intelligent testing technology is put forward, and developed an intelligent test system to solve the problems of guidance system testing.Through the analyzing the guidance system testing requirements, the characteristics of the intelligent test technology on automation, highly real-time, intelligent interpretation for image results and fault recognitions are proposed. According to these characteristics, the overall structure of the test system is designed. Using the structure of modular bus type, the test boards are installed on the IPC in form of the CPCI. In order to ensure the real time testing, the Windows+RTX mode is adopted. The upper monitor is controlled by Qt interface and the lower computer operates the boards uniformly under the RTX environment. The main testing principle for guidance system is to send excitation signals and to collect feedback signals. The automatic testing process is designed according to the relationship between test items and the testing efficiency.The key technologies of intelligent testing are focused on. Image matching technology is used to interpret the image results. The procedure of the intelligent interpretation is devised. First, the binarization method by OTSU is used to process the source images and the Hu moment matching algorithm is used to judge the matching degree between contours. Then the correctness of image results are interpreted by eliminating noisy points and contrasting the center of gravity positions of contours. The fault tree model of the guidance system is established with the FTA and the minimum cutset is calculated. And continuously exclude the fault reasons on the basis of testing sequence. Finally, the faults are interpreted accurately.The interface of the test system is designed and the software platform is built. The control programs and boards manipulation programs under the RTX environment are written. The software realizes key technologies of the intelligent testing with the data playback function. The test system experiment platform is built and the correctness of the intelligent test technology is verified.The intelligent test technology researched in this topic is able to complete the automatic testing for the guidance system functions with accurate testing data and intuitionistic display. At the same time, intelligent interpretation for image results and fault recognitions are realized. It is able to meet the actual military applications, with great significance.
