As a center station of Jiangxi Province, Changyun Vehicle-Testing Center has several sound advantages with its large scope. It has long been focused on how to build its good image just as windows to houses, on how to fulfill its career function, and on how to make guidance technically in the field of vehicle inspection & testing.The dissertation mainly discusses a series of important items involved in the intellectual reform, and proposes a well set of theoretic scheme on technical alteration. It also states the configuration of the testing line in both hardware & software into detail, according to the technical comparison between foreign & national inspection & testing field, and in the light of their development trends, and also according to national relative industry standards & regulations. By the mean of the most current technologies such as distributed net control, SCM and communication. The dissertation sums up the requirements on testing network and the work procedure perfection. On the base of plenty of parameters, analyses the equipment selection optimum, by the mathematical model built with AHP. It also alters two chassis gap testing beds, using SCM infrared control technique; analyses the character of each electric point on the testing line, and propose the method of researching intelligent diagnosis device of the electromechanical devices, in order to promote the intelligent of the technique maintenance of testing station. Such research work can be regarded as theoretic reference to intellectual upgrade and alteration in vehicle inspection & testing industry.
