PRD is the main production for the global home air conditioning, its product scale takes an important place in GuangDong Province. The global home air conditioning is a product which contains much more technical content than other White Goods too. It is the design and manufacturing quality of pipe system which is working under the dynamic stress from air conditioning high-pressure refrigerant that is the key to the usage life and the reliability of air conditioning. So, how to test,evaluate and analysis the fatigue strength of air conditioning pipes, is one of the pivotal technology for the company to improve the product quality and research and develope the new products.Through the analysis of split air-conditioning works, this article research the excitation source and its influence ways qualitatively caused by every part dynamic stress from air-conditioned structure. According to the research and analysis of the broken sample tubes sectional shape, fatigue fracture is thought one of the main air conditioning pipe failure which caused by dynamic stress.In order to evaluate and determine the state of the air conditioning pipe work under actual conditions under dynamic stress, this paper suggests using the real test conditions and signal combining statistical analysis method, to analysis the prototype pipeline fatigue life.Because the test itself against the strain susceptible to temperature, taking into account the heterogeneity and resistance strain measurements and strain distribution on the structure of the locality, combined with air-conditioning piping structural characteristics, studying strain testing and subsequent data processing engineering methods.Including basic approach piping strain testing, statistical methods to load spectrum mainly rain-flow method, SN curve fatigue strength of brass and application methods Miner guidelines and so on.Research work of this paper includes the following three parts:First, a company’s home air conditioning as experimental subjects, multiple samples through comparative experiments under different conditions, obtained and analyzed the general nature of the working state resistance strain test signal and its influencing factors; Then, the main factor that affect the fatigue load spectrum created-trend term thermal stress problems, elimination method is proposed based on RBF (Radial Based Function) fitting algorithm is proposed; Finally, to prove the trend does not affect the fatigue life of elimination based on the analysis, the experimental test, load spectrum structure, as well as other aspects of the fatigue life evaluation integrated into a complete experimental testing and analysis processes. Some of the conclusions of this paper work has been used in a number of well-known air-conditioning manufacturers.
