Compared with the traditional flat web H-shaped steel crane beam,the main innovation of the Corrugated webs H steel crane beam is that the corrugated steel webs replace the traditional flat webs.The local bearing capacity of H-beam with corrugated webs is better without stiffeners,and the influence of welding residual stress on fatigue performance of the structure is reduced.When corrugated webs are used in H-beam structure of crane crane,the steel consumption,i.e.the self-weight of the structure,is reduced and the fatigue strength of the fatigue structure is increased.In this paper,the research status and fatigue status of corrugated steel webs at home and abroad are summarized and summarized.The fatigue analysis theory and fatigue time domain analysis method of steel crane beams are introduced.The influence of low stress amplitude on fatigue life calculation of structures is discussed.According to Eurocode 3 code,the fatigue curves of steel structures in China are corrected appropriately in order to make numerical simulation calculation.The effect of low stress amplitude on fatigue life of steel crane girder is reasonably considered.The rain flow counting method is elaborated in detail,and the related rain flow counting program is obtained according to the rain flow counting method.The random stress spectrum of steel crane girder in service stage is generated by using the MATLAB program,and then the simplified stress time history spectrum for numerical simulation is obtained by simplifying the random load spectrum by using the rain flow sequence.In this paper,the random load fatigue life of Corrugated webs H steel crane beam and flat webs is calculated and compared by ANSYS.The geometric parameters of stress concentration effect and fatigue life of dangerous sections of Corrugated webs H steel crane beams are studied in detail.Parametric analysis.Finally,according to the steel consumption and fatigue life of corrugated webs of different sizes,the recommended size values of corrugated webs are given.
