Design And Application Of Phone-Card Payment Terminal For Vending Machine

Vending machine as a new retail approach has been widely accepted. With the rapid development of the mobile industry, the shortcomings of traditional bill and coin payment of vending machine increasingly significant, this made traditional vending machines unable to meet the needs of people to pursue convenient life. These shortcomings not only impacted the sales of vending machine, but also limited the development of the whole vending machine industry. Therefore, designed a phone-card payment terminal which used ARM as core processor, mobile payment as support technology and which depended on the technology of RF_UIM card, and achieved the application of the terminal in the payment system of vending machine.Firstly, on the basis of the real needs and background of the subject, choose the mobile device which fit for this design, analyze the feasibility of mobile payment used in vending machine, get advantages of offline mobile payment applications, laying a solid foundation for the study and application of phone-card payment terminal.Secondly, on the basis of the actual project----canned beverage vending machines, used32-bit ARM processor as the master chip of the phone-card payment terminal system, adopted hardware-independent design, designed and general application of every separate module, used phone-card payment to replace the original bill and coin payment.The software of phone-card payment achieve in the Keil uVision software development environment using standard C language, the recharge cards software and cards initial software on PC achieved by MFC. This article highlighted the hardware and software design of the phone-card payment system which dominated the whole system of the vending machine. Meanwhile, detailed explained the implementation process of the phone-card payment, the recharge and the card initialization.Finally, took a series of module tests and overall test on a simple prototype of the vending machine for the phone-card payment function. Results show that the design meets the requirements of the desired effects and running in good condition.
