Due to the increasing number of private cars in China,major cities are promoting the construction of "smart cities".Therefore,the existing parking lot management system is extraordinarily redundant due to problems such as low work efficiency and hidden dangers.At the same time,mobile payment occupies the main scene of payment,WeChat payment and Alipay payment are the mainstream of mobile payment and gradually occupy the market of parking lot payment.However,the market environment has restrictions on third-party payment,and UnionPay Flash Pay is making great efforts in the field of mobile payment and has great potential.The parking lot is currently the main scene for mobile payment competition.However,the existing parking system is extremely lacking in portable and universal parking software for bank card payment.In order to solve the above problems,this paper combines database technology,VS platform-based software development technology,embedded development technology,serial communication technology and other contemporary cutting-edge technologies to design an access charging system that can be used in major parking lots in China.This paper first investigates the current situation of the parking lot system and the current electronic payment methods.After that,the universal parking system computer client system is designed in C#language using the visual studio 2015 platform.The client is able to visualize human-computer interaction and connect to databases and mobile payment devices.It can collect the entrance photo through the camera to identify the license plate and retrieve the license plate feedback to the management personnel.After the operator selects the bank card payment method,the client can send the information to the payment device.Then,establish a complete database system table to include key information such as license plate number and parking time in the table,and establish a reasonable mapping relationship.At the same time,this paper designs a communication protocol for data interaction between the parking lot management system and the charging terminal.The uniqueness of the protocol ensures the reliable transmission of information and the confidentiality of the bank card business.After debugging and on-site testing of the system,the general software for parking lot based on bank card payment can work reliably and greatly improve work efficiency,improve the existing payment methods,and provide more convenience for users.The convenient client can replace a lot of tedious work and is not easy to make mistakes.The self-designed protocol guarantees the reliability of the transaction.The complete unit and test and field test ensure that the system can run normally and effectively use in the application scenario.
