Recently, the safety questions of subway construction process are very prominent both at home, and its frequent security incidents occurred at the construction site, the research on the subway construction site security risk management is imperative. Project risk management has provided the safe production operation environment for the project.The Wuhan subway2-18engineering project’s influencing factor includes strict quality control、short time、high important rank、high security environmental protection demand, heavy high engineering construction duty、high construction management specification, and so on. This article, in the light of these influencing factors, carries on the risk management technology of the Wuhan subway2-18engineering projects to conduct the research, in which, many ways and methods were integrated used, such as the investigation and study, the theoretical analysis, the scene checkup, and many technology and the methods of the subway engineering construction were involved, fully combined the project’s actual situation, in order to avoiding, melting, transferring risk and sharing or reducing the risk loss, providing the powerful safeguard for safe, fast, high quality of the engineering project and providing reliably models and experiences for the similar engineering construction.Based on risk management theoretical analysis, Wuhan subway2-18project risks mainly includes highly, moderate and general three rank risks, altogether12items (time) material risk source, covers majority of risk factor and risk source in this kind of engineering project construction, in order to laying the solid foundation for the follow-up research of engineering measures. After analysising engineering geology condition, external environment as well as itself structure and so on, optimized construction parameter could guarantee personnel, equipment and building structure safety in project construction process to a great extent. Proposed in this article, the construction control countermeasures, the technical measures, the construction requests and the safety controls which is related, can monitor the major part risk source well, and may ensure the project construction security, the quality and the progress. What may be obtained after this article is that, only unifying fully scene engineering geology condition, peripheral environment as well as project itself structure to analysis, can carry on the management effectively to the risks.
