Subway is a large and complicated engineering under the earth, which has many uncertain factors (risk), these uncertainly factors affects every phase of the whole subway engineering. Therefore, it is necessary to make comprehensive and systematical risk analysis in the early phase of engineering in order to reduce the loss caused by these factors to the subway engineering. In this paper, first, it start from project risk management theory, through access to relevant information at home and abroad, on the basis of collect mass data and field research, in accordance with risk identification, risk assessment and response management system, sum up the Chengdu Metro Line 1 Project construction management in the process of the main risks: natural risks, social risks, construction risk, financial risk, management risk, technology risk, the risk of six categories. At the same time, in the analysis of the existing metro project risk evaluation method based on the advantages and disadvantages of using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method of comprehensive evaluation of the various types of risk have been evaluated and the smooth realization of risk assessment methods from the qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis of the changes have been various types of risks in order of importance, identified the need to focus on controlling the risks of construction risk and financial risk. Finally for the various types of risk for the project proposed a series of countermeasures, which focuses on security risk response measures. This paper carried out a scientific identification, assessment and response on the risk of metro project, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process applied to metro project risk management were to form a more comprehensive, systematic and scientific risk management of the subway project approach for the future metro projects in the process of construction and implementation risks facing the circumvention of effective methods and preventive measures.
