The so-called aircraft engine control device is working properly depending onthe external environment or the need to ensure the normal operation of the engine, orin accordance with a given regulation law change its operation mode. The ultimategoal is to adjust the device as much as possible the performance of the engine’spotential to inspire them, to raise the productivity of the engine, making optimalengine performance in each mode. In order to realize the purpose of the controldevice, you must select the parameters to be control and control intermediatevariable, select control law, and set control device. Therefore, the engine electroniccontrol device is in normal working condition, is directly related to the normaloperation of aircraft engines. So every time before takeoff or before eachreplacement parts must test the control performance of the control device.This model is an import models, because of foreign technology confidentialitydue to the confidentiality and blockade, since the introduction of this type of aircraft,has been the lack of technical information about internal wiring and fault diagnosisof the control device. When maintenance personnel test the engine electronic controldevice, can only use imported form a complete set of test device. The introduction oftest equipment not only exist the language barrier, but also demand all themaintenance men to manually operate. So that the quality of the first-linemaintenance personnel must be demanded, and at the same time training of newmaintenance personnel is also very difficult. In recent years, this type of electroniccontrol devices has occurred failure condition repeatedly, and several large faultscan’t find the exact cause. We can replace the imported spare parts to resove, and sometimes even rely on foreign experts to help solve the problems. This conditioncaused great difficulties to first-line maintenance of the engine electronic controldevice.Based on the research of the control device control law and the usage ofexisting test device, and refer to many related literature, summarize research at homeand abroad the research of same device status quo. In order to solve the modelaircraft engine electronic control device of complex test steps and poor testefficiency. This topic designed a comprehensive test system based on virtualinstrument technology. The system hardware using National Instruments (NI)produced embedded development platform called CompactRIO, which is the core ofthe system is running control part. The software development platform adoptsLabVIEW2011graphical development tools. And the corresponding sensorsimulation part based on51series MCU chip. Integrated test system developed forthe type of aircraft engine electronic control laws regulate the calibration of thedevice, fault diagnosis and control rule of the law of access and so on. After testingthe effect of the test system is satisfactory, full-featured, reliable, and have scalableopen characteristics.
