With the rapid development of national economy, the country is becoming more andmore high requirement of environmental protection, in order to ensure the normaloperation of power plant coal storage, the power units of coal-fired power plants convert tothe large-scale, large capacity development, How to improve the volume of coal utilization,reduce the use of space, improve the working level of the automation of coal, is thedomestic modern thermal power plant coal yard the development needs to solve theproblem. Introduced from the DOME TECH company’s large diameter reinforced concreteshell structure in the form of spherical coal storage, has been completed and put intoproduction in Datang Hebei Qingyuan thermal power plant, compared spherical coalstorage and traditional coal, it has high space utilization, environmental, good self-cleaningperformance, coal pile of homework high automation level, conforms to the social andeconomic development trend.In this paper, by using the finite element software ANSYS, based on constructiondrawing provided by NCPE, Established radial, zonal reinforcement ratio of spherical coalstorage finite element model for stress analysis, the various conditions were analyzed,provide the basis for design and use of the ball storehouse; Under the action of gravity, byusing the unit of life and death technology of spherical storage construction whole processsimulation, analysis in the construction process of the upper structure of the weak link,inflatable membrane construction so as to provide basis for ball storehouse.According to the analysis results, get the following conclusions: in the use of stage,through the analysis of the stress distribution of the various conditions, the results showthat were not greater than the allowable stress of material; Under asymmetric load, coalheight was within the scope of the stress and displacement was larger, and decreased withthe increase of altitude, the zonal, radial stress of ring base had a greater influence on theworking condition of the pile of coal and external temperature difference effect, wind loadand earthquake action have little impact on ring base; Dome ball storehouse transfer station,do not need to take extra strengthening measures; Section thickness had great changes,stress had great change, the change of cross section thickness should be a smooth transition. In simulation of construction phase, the results showed that three main building materials,namely, film, foam and reinforced concrete materials, the maximum stress was less thanthe allowable stress; Membrane material in construction process was stable; PVC played asupporting and hanging the role of mechanical components; Lateral and verticaldisplacement of the ball storehouse was mainly affected by the construction pressure,needed strictly control, to avoid excessive displacement effect.
