Construction waste resources recycling imminent, especially waste concrete construction waste, accounting for20%-30%. Therefore, the resources recycling of waste concrete, can effectively deal with construction waste has brought environmental pollution, waste of resources and other a series of problems. Review of relevant literature,the waste concrete crushing, screening treatment, which will be recycled fine aggregate concrete partly or completely replacing river sand as aggregate preparation recycled brick, is on the effective resource reuse waste concrete. This research focuses on the preparation process and the performance related environmental regeneration brick.According to the "mortar mix design specification"(JGJ98-2010), on basis of ordinary masonry mortar, mix design of recycled mortar according to physical properties of recycled fine aggregate ratio, in the "than" design rules of concrete mix proportion design of concrete block and brick with reference to the students. To investigate the effect of physical properties of recycled fine aggregate on properties of recycled brick was studied, in order to improve the performance of recycled brick provide theoretical basis.In this paper, through the research on the recycled fine aggregate, recycled concrete, recycled mortar, to explore the regeneration effect the performance of brick and application, comparison of river sand, to explore the replacement ratio, water cement ratio affects the performance of the test piece.This paper analyzes the benefit of recycled brick, for marketing recycled brick used, provide reference to adapt to industrial production.
