Study On Architecture Design Of Hospital Buildings Based On The Modular Design Principle

With the rapid development of Chinese urbanization, the construction of hospital buildingsenters into a new era. Hospital’s site planning and architecture design are demanded moresuited by the evolution of medical model and technology of physics. Moreover, the humandisease spectrum’s variation and the more aging city residents provide a new challenge to thehospital’s indoor surrounding. For these factors, the traditional hospital design methods trapinto a dilemma that the outdated construction cannot meet the complex demands.Hospital building design concerns many interacting subjects, such as the methodology leadingand professional knowledge. In the middle period of20thcentury, the design way ofmodularization forms basing on the traditional consideration and experience and combingnowadays scientific thesis. It exists as a new design conception whose feature is tremendousflexible. From the late of1970s, our national scientists paid attention on it and got a brilliantachievement. However, in the architecture field, people consider it as a new model ofconstructing components producing rather than a way of building design. In pastmodularization construction views, people focus their eyes on building components for themassive prefabricated. However, my work sees the modularization as a systematic designingway, and discusses the recent practical sample of modularization hospital in order to find anaccessible way of architecture design.Under the background of the modularization time’s coming, this research paper wants toreveal the modularization hospital construction and its designing ways through the analysis ofworldwide homogenous ones, to spread new information to national designers, to provide adifferent view of modularization hospital design.
