Study On Large Hospital Architecture Design Based On Guidance Sign System(HGSS)

In recent years, though our hospital identification system design and production level are rising. according to the process of the traditional basic construction in our country, this system is often in the hospital, including indoor decoration construction after the completion of the basic system, commissioned by the project owner again to the sign production company. Because hospital managers only pay attention to sign modelling and general costs while ignoring system planning and the architectural space, and the design of the marking system and the producers are mostly do not understand the medical building of function, integrity, continuity and the particularity of different hospitals, this leads to a lot of hospital building in the identification system combined with medical streamline is not tight, classification is not clear, poor location, problems such as unclear vision, in the end, identity system does not have a guiding role.Similarly, hospital architecture designers often rarely consider to the hospital guidance system at the beginning of design. Marking system into the building is often in the later period after the completion of the architectural space based on the actual situation and position, the logo layout and the details of the actual architectural space will inevitably conflict, it influences people’s use.Under the background, scientific research for hospital building space design, based on the identification system of location, size, size, style and other targeted, and putting forward to solve strategy of architecture design, can improve the efficiency of the use of hospital buildings, and has important and realistic significance to solving people’s clinic efficiency. The author hopes to render some contributions to the China’ grassroots medical building construction and research through this article’ research.Thesis research is divided into four chapters:The introduction part mainly elaborated the related concept and the research both at home and abroad, the thesis research background, scope, definition, research purpose and significance, research methods and content framework.The second chapter has carried on the summary data based on the hospital identification system design, architecture design, interior design related theory, the main design elements of large general hospital identification system. It answers what is the issue of hospital identify system; It induces the hospital identification system design principle for the layout of the reasonable classification, accurate and appropriate style; Studies the basic content of the hospital logo at the same time, it includes system planning, the right key information point, clearly based on people flow line information configuration diagram, identifing the specific types and design; Finally putting forward to the integration theory which combines the identification system with the hospital building space design, it includes space orientation is achieved by marking system together with the architectural design, visits and guidance processes are in consistent, hospital building space design and guiding system influence each other.The third chapter is mainly based on more than 20 large-scale general hospital’ research in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Chengdu, Chongqing. It analyzes large general hospitals’ architectural design field node problems and the doctor-patient crowd psychological questionnaire, finally it has carried on the combining marking system of hospital’s problems in the design of architectural space.Fourth and fifth chapter are mainly based on the chapter two and three’ data problems’ compilation, for three main hospital building internal space, including traffic space, the hall space, and waiting space, it analyzes the problem of architectural design and the putting forward of corresponding strategy. Hall space includes the main body function space’ problems and strategy, secondary orientation problems of azimuth guidance and strategies. cross traffic space includes corridor space problems and strategy, tee aisle space’ strategy and problems, the strategies and problems of escalator, aisle height’ problems and strategies, Waiting space includes the problems and strategies of azimuth guidance of clinic and the identification of specific clinic.
