| With the rapid development of construction industry in our country, now theenvironment and economic benefits become the most concern in China. The constructionwaste in the construction process both affect the environment and does not conform to ourcountry’s sustainable development strategy. In order to rational utilization of constructionwaste, and generate economic benefits. Waste concrete mixing recycled concrete applied toconstruction projects becoming one of the important measures to solve the constructionwaste resources recycling. However, the mechanical properties of recycled concrete arelower than those of normal concrete, recycled concrete is mainly used in the not importantstructural system, In order to more widely use recycled concrete, the relevant scholarsproposed that recycled concrete can fill into the steel pipe. Because the core recycledconcrete provides support for steel pipe,so it improved the stability of the steel pipe; Thesteel tube on core recycled concrete provides a constraint function, it improved thedeficiency of the recycled concrete. Therefore, the emergence of Recycled AggregateConcrete-Filled Square Steel Tube(RACFSST) structure, provides the better use ofrecycled concrete. At present, there are few on the study of RACFSST, the design methodand calculation theory is not yet mature. As the RACFSST are under constant attention andextensive application prospect, understanding its working performance and reasonabledesign become particularly important.. This paper combine ABAQUS finite elementsoftware and experiment as the method to study RACFSST short column axial and biascompression mechanical properties. Specific work is on the following aspects:(1) Using the measured data of the experiment, amended the existing RACFSSTstress-strain equation, and put forward a suitable stress-strain relationship for theexperiment.(2) On the basis of test data and refer to literature of the core concrete constitutiverelation, and carries on the revision. At last puts forward a suitable core recycled concreteconstitutive relation for this experiment. Using ABAQUS finite element software toestablish RACFSST short column finite element model to analyze its mechanicalproperties, and through this article the rationality of the finite element model is verified bytest data. (3)Using the finite element model and the ABAQUS finite element software, thestress process of RACFSST short column and poisson’s ratio the load distribution of twokinds of materials are analyzed, and on the basis of stress analysis, the RACFSST shortcolumn stress-strain relationship equation are amended.(4) Using the finite element model and ABAQUS finite element software analyzed theinfluence of steel strength, recycled concrete strength, steel ratio and the change ofrecycled aggregate on the axial and bias compression bearing capacity of short column,theaxial and bias compression bearing capacity of RACFSST short column is put forward. |
