| Stainless steel has the advantages of beautiful appearance,good durability and corrosion resistance.It has been applied in structural engineering.Recycled concrete has realized the recycling of waste concrete and alleviated the problem of aggregate shortage.However,the high cost of stainless steel,the dispersion of recycled concrete and the degraded mechanical properties affect its large-scale application.If recycled concrete is poured in stainless steel pipe to form recycled aggregate concrete filled stainless steel tube,it can not only give play to the advantages of outsourcing stainless steel and mechanical properties,but also reduce the cost of stainless steel and the dispersion of recycled concrete.It has potential application prospects in practical engineering.At present,there are few studies on the axial compression properties of recycled aggregate concrete filled stainless steel tube,and the stress-strain relationship of recycled aggregate concrete filled stainless steel tube considering the restraint effect has not been proposed.Therefore,this paper systematically studied the axial compressive properties of stainless steel tube recycled concrete short column by test and finite element analysis.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The axial compression tests of 16 stainless steel tube recycled concrete short column and 8 concrete short columns with stainless steel tubes were carried out.The effects of steel content,replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate and compressive strength of concrete on failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity,peak strain and elastic stiffness of members were studied.The influence of steel content and recycled coarse aggregate on the constraint effect of components was analyzed.(2)The ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to establish the axial compression short column model of recycled aggregate concrete filled stainless steel tube.Based on the rationality of finite element simulation,the whole stress process of the member under axial compression was analyzed.And the failure mode,load deformation curve and ultimate bearing capacity of stainless steel tube recycled concrete axial compression short column under different parameters were calculated and analyzed by finite element simulation.The influence of restraint effect coefficient on the development trend of load-deformation curve and axial force distribution of recycled aggregate concrete filled stainless steel tube was studied.(3)Based on the results of test and finite element simulation analysis,the longitudinal stress-strain relationship of recycled aggregate concrete filled stainless steel tube was modified,and a load-strain curve prediction model suitable for recycled aggregate concrete filled stainless steel tube was proposed.The applicability of the design code for concrete filled steel tubular and recycled concrete filled steel tubular members to the calculation of axial compressive capacity of recycled aggregate concrete filled stainless steel tube was evaluated. |
