| Vehicle fire prevention technology is research focus in today’s field of traffic safety. It has real relationship with the travel security and social stability, and is the key technology to ensure the stable and rapid development of highway transportation. Through the electronic technology, using the vehicle embedded system instead of traditional man-made way to realize the vehicle fire prevention, include the intelligent monitoring and reliable alerting of vehicle fire is the important research direction to solve the problem of vehicle fire prevention.The paper take the solving of the problem of fire prevention in bus rear engine compartment as the starting point, on the basis of analyzing the vehicle fire characteristics and fire prevention requirements, design and develop the intelligent vehicle fire prevention system based on decision scheme of multiple-signal fusion. The process of design and development of this system adopt the method of modular hardware and software design which usually uses to develop embedded system. The system as a whole can be divided into three functional modules, which are temperature and smoke signal collected module, CPU, alarm and fire extinguishing module. According to the analysis of system requirements, respectively take the reasonable and correlative design to the three modules of Then debug the three modules uniformly to complete the development of the system as a whole. Finally, take the functional experiments of system and EMI experiment to ensure the implementation of system function and reliable operation in the electromagnetic environment.Aim at the existing problem of the false alerting and omission in vehicle fire preventing equipments, this paper puts forward fire alarm decision scheme based on multiple-signal fusion. Through learning of multiple-signal fusion technology, combining with the analog simulation of vehicle fire combustion characteristics, research and the come up with a fire decision scheme which cover the selection of fire signal, detection, processing, and fusion judgment. Then apply the decision scheme into the hardware and software development of the system, achieve effective results in the issue of preventing the false alerting and omission. |
