| With fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) materials are widely used in the structurereinforcement engineering, the use of FRP materials to the structure for strengtheningthe main two kinds methods of component surfaces are posted and near-surfacemounted type, NSM method is a new technology which is put forward by foreignscholars in recent years, the component needs reinforced parts of the surface groovewhich has been embedded the FRP tendons or strip among them, the use of bondingmaterials make FRP and component closely to achieve the purpose of strengthening,NSM is a kind of engineering application prospect of strengthening method.This topic based on different situation and root reinforcement of reinforcedconcrete test beam static bending test (one of the roots for contrast beam, one root forattached with carbon fiber reinforced beam strip, seven roots for embedded carbonfiber plate reinforced beams), and from CFRP strip several influence factors such asslot number, beam surface bonding materials, embedment length and slot size and soon for strengthening the ultimate bearing capacity of the beams and failure modes,stiffness, ductility and other several aspects of the influence to make a system research.The main contents:Firstly, the test process and phenomena are the detailed description, gettingreinforced beam load-strain curve, load-deflection curve etc; and the research andanalysis for strengthening the ultimate bearing capacity of the beams and failure modes,stiffness, crack and so on.Secondly, The comparative analysis of external application of two methods of thestick type and NSM type and taking adhesive materials (epoxy resin, epoxy mortar,cement mortar), slot size, slot number, embedment length as different embeddedreinforced CFRP strips—concrete bond behavior of impact analysis studies andconcluded that a number of results, so as to provide guidance in engineering practice.Last, ABAQUS finite element software for numerical simulation of the test beam,and comparative analysis of the trial results. |
