The textile industry as a traditional pillar industry of China, the development of thetextile industry in China’s economic development plays a vital role. However, in theproduction process of textile products, textile workshop on environmental temperatureand humidity, wind speed higher, must be achieved through a central air conditioningsystem. Textile workshop of thermal and humidity environment, the speed of workingarea, indoor air quality index is guaranteed through the reasonable airfloworganization.Therefore, workshop airflow organization is an inevitable means toachieve environmental air in textile workshop. In the textile air conditioning systems, airdistributor is organized as air terminal device, which is important part of theworkshop airflow. Therefore, the research and selection of air distributor is veryimportant to meet the workshop air distribution. Currently, most of the textile workshopusing slit-type outlet, diffuser and other traditional air distributor, the traditionalair distributor in the engineering application, there areair inlet below the airflowvelocity are larger, swirl problems area, the air flow field and the temperature field ofthe workshop is not uniform, in order to ensure theprocess requirements, generally takento increase air supply method to satisfy the requirements of temperature and humidityin the workshop. This will not only waste more energy, but also because of uneven air,high dust concentrations operating area, endangering the health of workers, the impact oflabor efficiency, a serious impediment to the production of high-grade textile yarnproducts. In this paper, through the air supply system of a detailed investigation of theactual operation situation of textile workshop, on the basis of the national and industrystandards, the new interflow air distributor design suitable for textile workshop,and tested by experiment, proved the new interflow air distributor than traditional air distribution device has better stability, uniformity;in order to reduce the cost andcomplexity of the new interflow air distributor, based on the new air interflow airdistributor, further simplification formed the improved interflow air distributor; throughthe experimental study on the improved interflow air distributor and the new air interflowair distributor, the improved air distributor in the process of air supply, air floworganization in workshop’s work area more stable, uniform, ventilation effect is better;finally, the improved interflow air distributor used in textile workshop, and comparedwith conventional air conditioning distributor tests, improved interflow air distributorusability, uniformity,energy-saving conclusions.
