Township hospitals are the backbone of the country’s medical and healthwork.In township hospitals,energy-saving central air conditioning system not onlycan provide a good working environment to the hospital,can also save a lot ofelectricity.Host,cooling water pump,chilled water pump, fresh air units, fan coil unitsand other equipments are the key equipments to the central air conditioningsystem.System in addition to the host energy dissipation,cooling water pump andchilled water pump power consumption are also considerable.Due to the size of thesystem load is associated with environment, will not remain at a c onstant valueremains the same, this would require the design of central air conditioningautomatic control system.The system can guarantee the circulating water of centralair conditioning system flow following the load varies.This paper expounds the design of the control system of township hospitalcentral air-conditioning energy saving ideas, and introduces the principle ofthree-phase asynchronous motor frequency control of motor speed.The system withPLC and its corresponding simulation extension module as the control core,combined with PID control method for system design.The energy saving system ismainly for chilled water and cooling water temperature and pressure controltargets.This paper has completed the man-machine interface design of energysaving system,more conducive to the staff....
