AC Variable Frequency Speed Regulating technology is a body's systems control technology which the collection of electric power and the electronic technology, along with the fast development of semiconductor industry, with the appearance of the new power electron apparatus and microprocessor and the development of the control theory,it has made the huge advancement.And the introduction of AC Variable Frequency Speed Regulating technology in the petroleum domain has become a effective action to conserve energy and improve the product quality.This topic uses the motor control special-purpose microprocessor digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320LF2407A which promotes by TI Corporation as system's control core, takes the intelligent power module (IPM) as the invertor switch component,uses the space vector Pulse Width Modulation technology (SVPWM) variable frequency technology, to design hands AC—DC—AC Voltage Variable Frequency Speed Regulating System.The paper introducs the development survey of AC Variable Frequency Speed Regulating technology firstly,mainly elaborates the basic principle of the space vector Pulse Width Modulation technology (SVPWM), analysises AC Variable Frequency Speed Regulating system's control plan and vector control's mathematical model, and designs system's hardware circuit and the software routine. In the Simulink/Matlab software platform, establishes asynchronous motor vector control system taking SVPWM as the rationale and carries on the simulation experiment.The hardware circuit includes the Inversion circuit which intelligent power module PM50RSAl20 which produces by the Mitsubishi Corporation as the master control switch component, the rectification filter circuit, the current examination circuit as well as the keyboard interface circuit and the display circuit and so on. With the assembly language and the C language I prepares control the system's software routine with the assembly language and the C language, which mainly includes the Clarke transformation and the Park transformation and the inverse transformation subroutine, the rotor flux linkage position computation, the SVPWM wave subroutine and so on. Finally, in the integrated development environment (CCS) and in General TMS320LF2407A EVM board., the program is debugged and passed.
