This paper mainly researches the continuous electric furnace, which is a new kind of furnace, comparing with the traditional graphitization furnace, continuous graphitization furnace has low energy consumption, short in production cycle, high efficiency and low production cost. Because of the high position of its heating subject, the bearing platform of steel structure will meet the requirements as a furnace support on the function, under this background, the bearing platform steel structure design and the stability analyze has become an important and practical topic. This paper mainly computes and designs the new furnace load bearing platform, and analysis the buckling of steel structure.Steel structure design needs to consider various influence factors, the steel structure bearing platform designed in this paper is mainly used for the successive graphitization furnace, because the influence of high temperature on steel is not allow to ignore. This paper makes use of the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analysis the temperature field, takes care of the different temperature change of the important points of this furnace, which was get in the early the analytical process experiments to make the most close to the reality, and the higher reference value of the analyze data.According to the successive graphitization furnace bearing platform design requirements and the design codes of the steel structure, design calculations are made to determine the part sizes of the steel structure, the static’s analysis is made by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. What is more, three-dimensional model of the steel structure bearing platform is made, using the3d modeling software Pro/e, compared with the calculated data, this preliminarily realizes the successive graphitization furnace steel structure bearing platform.The influence factors of the bearing stability are get by the buckling analysis of the finite element software ANSYS and the improvement programs are raised combined with the site experiences, and the overall structure of the bearing platform is improved, therefore, the carrying capacity and stability are increased, and reaches the safe and practical requirements of the successive graphitization furnace bearing platform. This project design results has been used in the actual project, and it will play a reference value for the design of the related furnace type load mode in the future.
