ABSTRACT:In recent years, technology of China’s high-speed train has made a remarkable breakthrough. Therefore, requests for designing driving interface of high-speed train are enhanced. Of all the aspects related to the design, driving interface suitability is of vital importance. The comfort of the driver, accuracy, efficiency, and operation safety of train are directly influenced by the designing quality of driving interface. How to accurately evaluate the suitability of high-speed train is a prerequisite to measure the design quality. The thesis started from the high-speed train’s driving task, and developed a high-speed train suitability evaluation indexes system and the quantified suitability evaluation model. The following worksin the thesis are completed.1.Quantified range of driving interface layout is confirmed by the simulation method of JACK, which combined with human body size applying principles.2.Driver information processing model is introduced, and then the driving tasks of high-speed train is analysed based on VACP theory.Driving tasks are categorized and nine typical driving tasks of normal driving are acquired. And the high-speed train driving task demands are confirmed.3. A high-speed train suitability evaluation indexes system based on driving tasks is proposed. The system is divided into three layers:task layer, devices layer, operation class layer. More over, a suitability evaluation model of high-speed train driving interface based on fuzzy theory is proposed.4. For the suitability evaluation model, membership functions for the operation class indexes are established. Driving interacted flexible experimental platform is developed, by which the experiment on acquiring essential information about weight confirming is done. The weights of operation class layer indexesare confirmedby AHP. And the weights of nine typical tasks of normal driving indexes are confirmed based on the fuzzy-rough set theory.5. The model confirmatory experiment is designed by using10of the50th percentile testees to evaluate10sets of driving interface experimental scheme.Then the experiment results arecomparative analysed with the calculating results based on the proposed suitability evaluation model. The effectiveness of the proposed model is proved.At last of the thesis, practicability, efficiency and completeness of the research results on the layout and suitability evaluations verified by the case ofCRH2driving interface improvement.
