Recent years, urban railway transit industry in China has been facing an opportunity of accessing a rapid development. Considering the growing number of the running railway lines, Chinese subway enterprises have to deal with more complicated problems of passenger transportation, of which traffic crisis caused by planned special event is significantly worthy of attention. The paper focuses on the impacts of passenger flow during the periods that starts at the initial arrival time of passengers and terminates at time when whole passengers have been transported in subway network of planned special event which provides with short-term service, analyzes the dissipating process of passengers in subway network, and proposes feasible measures to figure out unfavorable impacts.Reviewing the related research status at home and abroad, this paper targets at the research of passenger flow network transportation and cooperative control, conducts related research as follows.Firstly, analyze the influence of factors which include network structure, supply and demand of train capacity, passenger route choice design and transferring service status on passenger network transportation, and define the approach of congestion releasing and passenger flow dissipation accelerating. Meanwhile, Beijing subway network is taken as the study case, revealing the trend of betweenness and efficiency of network when subway network encounters of continuing attacks.Secondly, look deeper into the laws of arrival distribution of subway passenger flow during the end of planned special event, and analyze the statistical laws of ODs. This paper finds the law of Gaussian distribution of volume and periods of arrival passengers whom gather from planned special event. The key parameters of Gaussian distribution, which includes mean and standard deviation, correspond to the location of event venue, event types, age distribution and size of passengers etc. Besides, different scenarios correspond to the different methods of OD data handling. Aiming at the virtual passenger flow scenario, this paper proposes an approach of OD data randomization which obeys power-law distribution.Thirdly, analyze the behavior of passenger route choice which obeys the characteristic of passengers during the end of planned special event, construct passengers traveling process and model the passenger network simulation based on multi-agents. Moreover, the real data is offering to test, proving that the passenger network simulation model based on multi-agents suits the real process of passenger network transportation.Fourthly, sum up the normally measures of passenger control of subway operation and define parameters which reveals the dynamical and discrete change of passenger network transportation process. According to the characteristic of passenger flow during the end of planned special event, this paper puts forward a method to judge the adaption and feasibility of taking measure of passenger flow cooperative control alone. Moreover, virtual scenario of multi-stations transiting passengers during the end of planned special event is constructed to test the passenger flow cooperative control model. The testing results prove that the passenger control scheme which obtained by models significantly makes effect on lessening passenger stranding phenomenon in condition of favorable fit goodness. Besides, compare the volume of controlled passenger flow of stations, which have a number of similar arrival passenger flow volume at the same periods. The result reveals the essential passenger dissipating capacity of stations that own great betweenness.Above all, the research suggests favorable results and concludes that the models of network passenger flow simulation based on multi-agents and passenger flow cooperative control are capable of reflecting and accomplishing the passenger network transportation process during the end of planned special event and effective passenger cooperative control effects on urban railway transit operation.
