ABSTRACT:This paper introduces China’s current development situation of train control system and its basic components and hot standby, three out of two, two out of two two of the three kinds of redundant structure, identified two out of two two structure as the redundant structure of vehicle safety computer system, introduces the basic the performance of TMS570chip and design of TMS570system advantage.This paper introduces the method of fault tree analysis, and through the construction of the fault tree of the system for security analysis, and calculated the safety under the framework of quantitative formula.In the part of system hardware design based on TMS570chip hardware design, switching circuit board and two control board based on TMS570, including hardware circuit of input output port of the NHET module, SPI module, ESM module, SCI module and the error signal, CCM-R4module design, power module, clock module, and debugging JTAG other common hardware interface.The detailed design of the specific hardware circuit system synchronization, system comparison, two key to switch function from the structure of system, and the power failure, the ESM module, synchronization error system as an important factor of system safety switch and switching circuit switching logic. Complete the steps to design circuit boards, including schematic diagram, network scale, generation of PCB, as well as the common problems that need attention in the design of the.The development process of two passenger vehicle safety two out of two redundant structure calculation of TMS570chip platform is introduced in the part of software development, this article introduced the IAR and HALCoGen software development environment, and how to generate the HALCoGen software development environment in the module initialization code is transplanted to the IAR software development environment. Introduced the software system development process, including the SPI module to achieve synchronization between main system and data transmission system between the code by using IAR as the software development environment, communication display output module SCI data output code with the host computer, function code error indication module, and how to use HALCoGen to realize the work mode the related module, clock configuration, transmission data length configuration initialization code. In the part of debugging, the system for the main line power failure caused by power failure, forced CCM-R4module error caused by fault, and not by writing test code caused by these three kinds of synchronization system under the simulation environment to test the system, the results show that the system designed in this paper can achieve security switching between the main line through the synthesis analysis, it is proved that the system can achieve two by two structure and function of two redundant.
