ABSTRACT:This paper was a research and design about automatic train control system of urban railway transportation. ATO system was a safety unrelated system, here we designed and build a security hardware platform with a double2-vote-2structure, reasonably designed the synchronization logic based on TMS570LS20216processor. At the same time after comparison and simulation, we choose the fuzzy PID control algorithm to track the target curve better. In the software platform, we transplanted the μc/os-Ⅱoperating system and tested it. This paper completely described a series of process about analysis the principle, simulation and comparison, design the hardware, design the software, test and verification to finish the embedded system.This paper was divided into six parts:The first chapter was the introduction part. We mainly introduced the development status of urban railway transportation signal system and the current signal equipment suppliers at home and abroad, as well as the main principle of the automatic block system.The second chapter simply introduced the automatic train operation system. Mainly described the whole structure of ATO system, more detailed explained the working principle of the ATO system used in the current project.The third chapter was the algorithm simulation part. We simply introduced the basic concepts of the classical PID algorithm and fuzzy algorithm. And we combined their advantages to form the better fuzzy PID algorithm. At the same time we used the MATLAB toolbox of Simulink to finish the simulation of the classical PID algorithm and fuzzy PID algorithm based on a simple model about the two station interval, and compared the results.The fourth chapter was the design and realization of the hardware platform about security ATO system. After the comparison about the3system structures of hot standby, three out of two and the double2-Vote-2, we choose the most suitable one, double2-Vote-2system structure, for this security platform. At the same time we designed the logic about how to change the system1into the system2. Still we discussed its security and reliability. We expounded the each modules’circuitry design principle of hardware platform, did the physical tests for the key unit (judging circuit). Here we used the Cadence software to finish the PCB design. At last made the plate and welded the parts.The fifth chapter was the design and realization of the software platform design. We amply described the porting of μc/os-Ⅱ operating system and the conditions of use. Briefly descripted the basic content of the main program and subprogram Then we programmed the procedures, tested the whole platform, selected40groups of data received from the PC serial port, compared the target curve, simulation results and the actual output data curve.The sixth chapter was the conclusion of the work of this paper. Here we analysised the main contents of this paper and put forward my own opinions to improve the platform..
