Along with the process of China’s civilization and the more and more strict requirements toward public transportation, the construction of urban subway system comes to a fastigium. With increasing intensiveness of railway lines, prove of control technology, reduces the headway of subway trains, substantially provides convenience to passengers, makes the adjustments more challenging at the same time,an even higher requirement toward instantaneity and veracity of subway system delay recovery was put forward. But in the reality work,the method of subway system delay recovry base on empirical. However, there is no mature and effective way to solve this problem currently. Thus it is critical to do theory research about subway system delay recovery under this circumstance.In this paper, we could find the process of adjusted train method based on model-free adaptive control. and the achievement of this modeling method by using mathematic method. This arithmetic, at the same time, was proved by author under the simulated environment in Matlab.First, according to the experience from past adjustments, this paper analysised difficulties of the subway system delay recovery and remaining problems deeply. With consideration of features of subway, built a railway system adjustment model. And based on this foundation, the optimal goal and restrictions of subway delay recovery was put forward and discussed through the interior point method and the predictive recovery method. Simulation study was also conducted.Second, the passenger factor was considered here according to the realistic situation of subway. A complete mathematical model was also established on the basis of tourist behaviors to discuss its’impact on subway delay adjustment. This impact was also considered in optimum recovery model concerning delay of subway.Finally, with the consideration of passenger factor, character of new subway model, optimal goal and restrictions, an adjustment method was put forward which was model-free adaptive control adjust method. And a model-free adaptive predictive control adjusted method which concerned the whole subway.And base on features of subwy, improve these method.at last, the method was simulated through the database of fastigium in subway Route1in Peking.
