In recent years, the development of smart home appliances and the spread ofmobile handheld devices are influencing home ppliances to transform to be moreintelligent and network-oriented. Based on WiFi technology, his paper designed anintelligent air purifier appliance which is one of typical smart home appliances. Thisappliance mainly includes two parts: WiFi wireless network system and controlterminal system. WiFi wireless network system is designed to display mobile terminalinterface and to manipulation information transmission. Control terminal system isdesigned to achieve indoor PM2.5detection、touch button control、display、UV lampcontrol、motor control and other basic functions.This paper focuses on the building of WiFi communication system and thedesign of communication program、setting up PM2.5detection system and improvingAD acquisition program、designing power circuit and the speed control of brushlessDC motor and other control subsystems. The WiFi chip CC3000we use is providedby Texas and the smartconfig network configuration technology is embedded insidethe chip. After completing hardware system structures and in-depth researchingrelated programming interface functions, we designed program which is used tocontrol the communication of system terminal and WiFi module. We choosed PPD3detection module, which is designed specifical for indoor appliances, as our PM2.5detection module, designed connection circuit and creat a new collection algorithm toimprove the AD accuracy. In Motor control system, we implemented+300VDCworking voltage circuit and+15VDC drive voltage circuit for brushless DC motor,and designed PWM speed control program. Besides, we implemented circuit designsand testing procedures for touch buttons button module and infrared receiver module,and designed the program of display module, which is used to display the time、motorspeed、air quality and bactericidal function.Finally, we test the overall system and improved AD collection algorithm. Weused comparative validation approach to verify the creative algorithm. In verification system, we developed three digital display panels and use them to display standardtemperature, test temperature of old algorithm and test temperature of new algorithm.Lots of test data proves that in the condition with high and sustanined increasingtemperature, the detection accuracy of new algorithm is greatly improved. In theverification system of control performance, we introduced the netwok configurationprocess of mobile phone APP at first, and then as handling each option on the phoneand each key on display terminal system, we recorded and analyzed the process anddisplay change of air purification. Test results show that the system is full-featuredand the work performance is stable.
