But the approach has been the traditional automotive body panels inefficient and difficult. So how to shorten the design cycle, improve the detection accuracy, in lieu of a traditional auto body behind cover design is set machine production pressing problem.Analysis the based on NURBS curves and surfaces of Alias Studio’s reverse engineering software functionality and basic principles, this paper studies the general flow of reverse engineering in Alias.Car body in Alias software is studied the general flow of reverse engineering,through in-depth research and analysis the Alias platform of point cloud data processing,Alias on the platform on the establishment of characteristic line,Alias platform on faceted strategy and refactoring and Alias surface detection platform, for subsequent reverse design cover body parts detection provides a theoretical and technical support operations.Based on the reverse engineering in automobile body modeling method in jonway automobile A380for the purpose,preliminary study on jonway automobile A380body surface reconstruction based on scattered points. And has been implemented in theories and applications. Based on the application of A380jonway automobile reverse design, realization of the vehicle body3D surface reconstruction.Based on the reverse engineering and the interpolations approximation and smoothingof NURBS curve and surface.this project brings forward digitized inspection method which applies reverse engineering to car body covering. Put the Jonway Automobile A380body point cloud data,carried curvature continuous detection in Alias software by surface reconstruction.This method can inspect sufficient accuracy complicated surface error that traditional method can’t meet sufficient accuracy requirements.It has important application prospect to carry out the manufactured on-line automation and digitization. |
