This paper is based on the reasonable design of fluid differential rotation inertial acceleration testapparatus, and experiment the tracer particles is taken as research object.After series of experiment onindoor physical model,measuring and counting motion of fluid particles speed and angular velocity ofrotating, and a series of parameters in detail. Based on theoretical analysis,it is proved that the fluid itselfhas the difference rotation phenomenon,and furthermore explained the bend flow or the sand funnelsuspended load separation phenomenon from the perspective of differential rotation inertia force.Themain research results were as follows:(1) After experiments on physical model and analysis, it is obtained conclusion that the differences offluid particle rotation, and the motion of fluid particles is neither free vortex nor forced vortex, it does notbelong to rankine vortex and secondary flow.(2) After the mechanics calculation and combined with theory analysis, it close to the surface of thewater fluid particle in motion, and only by centrifugal force and the differential rotation inertia force, thecentrifugal acceleration varies with particle began to stay away from the center increases with the locationof the movement and decrease when come to the center. Differences between rotating inertial accelerationincreases with particle from moving away from the center position and, when come to the center directionand centrifugal acceleration on the contrary, when the absolute value increases, the particle tends todecrease when stationary.(3) Centrifugal acceleration and differential rotation inertia force is the same as the direction ofmovement, the particle do eccentric exercise,While fluid particle spreading away from the center position.If the absolute value of difference rotating inertial acceleration is less than the centrifugal acceleration,particle do centrifugal motion When come to the center; Conversely, if the absolute value is greater thanthe centrifugal acceleration, then do the centripetal movement.(4) After the study of the mechanics calculation of the sand funnel model test data, it is concluded thatfluid particle in each radial section of the sand funnel on the same level, with the increase of the radius, theabsolute value of difference rotating inertial acceleration is also increasing, centrifugal acceleration isreduced gradually, the difference rotating inertial acceleration and the ratio of centrifugal accelerationincreasing.(5) According to the above conclusions and the sand funnel engineering of water and sedimentseparation mechanism through theoretical analysis, it is concluded that the sand funnel suspended sedimentload is under negative differences in the effect of rotating acceleration to the center of desilting bottomintake centripetal movement, namely suspended load of sediment in the funnel is due to the effect of thecentripetal force movement to center bottom hole being discharged rapidly.
