Rotating machinery is the most widely used mechanical equipment.Typical applications in industrial production include:electric motors,internal combustion engines,gas turbines,hydraulic turbines and various rotating transmission equipment.During the rotation of the mechanical system,torsional vibrations are generated on the drive shaft because of a torque difference between the output torque of the prime mover and the load torque.On the one hand,the torsional vibration accelerates the fatigue and wear of the components,thereby shortening the service life of the overall mechanical system.On the other hand,the torsional vibration acts as an excitation source to cause vibration and noise of the transmission system.In the case of torsional vibration,the rotating mechanical system is reflected by the change of the angular acceleration of the rotation on the rotating shaft.Therefore,the torsional vibration can be obtained by measuring the rotational angular acceleration sensor on the rotating shaft.The angular acceleration information on the drive shaft not only reflects the operating state of the rotating mechanical system,but also can be used to analyze the cause of the torsional vibration phenomenon.Therefore,the research on the measurement accuracy of the rotational angular acceleration sensor and the rotational angular acceleration sensor is of great significance for the detection,analysis and diagnosis of the pulse vibration condition of the rotating system.The research group proposed and developed a permanent magnet rotating angular acceleration sensor.The measuring method of the sensor is simple,the output of the sensor is easy to observe,and the torsional vibration detection of the general rotating system can be satisfied without destroying the structure of the original transmission system.The vibration torque waveforms of various rotating systems have been acquired by this sensor,and the waveforms are qualitatively analyzed by these waveforms.However,due to the lack of accurate calibration of the sensor output characteristics,it is impossible to carry out quantitative analysis,which affects the popularization and application of the sensor.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out research on the calibration technology of the sensor.In this paper,the calibration of permanent magnet rotating angular acceleration sensor is completed,including:(1)The working principle and practical application of permanent magnet rotating angular acceleration sensor are analyzed,and the calibration platform scheme of permanent magnet rotating angular acceleration sensor is proposed.(2)For the calibration problem of permanent magnet rotating angular acceleration sensor,a reproducible,amplitude-adjustable,frequency-adjustable pulsating torque vibration source is constructed,and the public frequency power supply and SPWM power supply driving environment are established.The mathematical model of the rotational vibration torque of pure single-phase asynchronous motor is carried out,and the theoretical simulation research and experimental research on the rotational vibration torque characteristics are carried out.(3)Design,research and development of a rotating angular acceleration measurement system based on grating encoder-field programmable gate array(FPGA),which realizes the detection,data acquisition,storage and data analysis of the actual angular acceleration on the drive shaft.deal with.(4)The feasibility of the calibration platform scheme of the permanent magnet rotating angular acceleration sensor is verified by comparing the output voltage waveform of the sensor with the spectral characteristics of the actual angular acceleration waveform on the shaft.The peak-to-peak comparison is performed by the output voltage waveform of the sensor and the actual angular acceleration waveform on the shaft.Finally,the output characteristics of the permanent magnet rotational angular acceleration sensor are calibrated.The above research work lays a foundation for the application and promotion of permanent magnet rotating angular acceleration sensor in torsional vibration measurement and fault diagnosis.
