Airport Oil Supply Pipeline Leak Detection System Research

Airport oil supply pipeline leak detection system provides safeguard for airport security, the oil supply pipeline leak detectionthe is a kind of detection which is high standard, difficult and high sensitivity, aiming at these characteristics, I have studied the airport oil supply pipeline leak detection system in this paper.This paper uses the principle of mass conservation to judge the state of the airport oil supply pipe network’s units. the article studied the physical properties of aviation kerosene firstly, established the model of airport oil supply pipeline leak detection, and analyzed the main factors which influenced the accuracy of leak detection.The real-time acquisition of pressure and temperature signals have preprocessed, the program in MATLAB software realized the signals’ preprocessing, including kalman filter of the pressure and temperature signals, and the normalized processing of unit’s leakage sequence.In view of the small leak detection of airport oil supply pipe network, I put forward the statistical decision method of sequential probability ratio test, and used c++language to write the sequential probability ratio test procedures in c++Builder6.0development platform, according to the requirement of the sequential probability ratio test algorithm, the leakage sequence after normalizing processing input as sequence of sequential probability ratio test to meet the requirement of sequential probability ratio test.Finally, due to the limitation of experimental conditions, in order to get the experimental data, this paper adopted the international well-known simulation software SPS to spill simulation, evaluating the detection results of the detection system of airport oil supply pipe network.
