| Water pipeline is an indispensable part of urban pipe network system,but with the emergence of natural corrosion,man-made damage,disrepair and other problems,gradually caused the water pipeline leakage phenomenon frequently occurred.Pipeline leakage will cause a large amount of water resources waste,and other subsequent losses are much greater than the leakage itself,so pipeline leakage has gradually become a difficult problem that some water enterprises are eager to solve.With the continuous expansion of urban pipelines,the pipeline system becomes more complex,and the causes of pipeline leakage are more diverse,so the traditional pipeline leakage detection method is difficult to apply to the current pipeline system.Under the background of urbanization upgrading and digital transformation in China,digital city "blood vessel" arises at the historic moment.This paper studies the pipeline leakage detection method based on pressure wave method,researches and develops the pipeline leakage detection system,verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the system through experiments.Firstly,this paper introduces the development status and trend of pipeline leak detection methods at home and abroad,and determines the pipeline leak detection method based on pressure wave method,in order to get the pressure wave signal in the pipeline,the causes of pipeline leakage,the generation mechanism of pressure wave,the propagation characteristics,the attenuation law,the influence factors,the processing method and the location principle of leakage point are deeply studied in this paper.Secondly,from the point of view of engineering application,considering both cost and function,the hardware acquisition device based on STC89C51 is designed,including the pressure wave acquisition module,digital-to-analog conversion module,data transmission module,display module and alarm module,combined with the pressure wave detection method for the corresponding software development,the location of the leakage point and the detection of the leakage quantity are realized.Finally,in order to verify the correctness of the detection method,the practicality of the detection system and a more in-depth understanding of the error,set up a test bed to carry out the detection method and detection system verification experiments.The experimental results show that the detection system can effectively detect the location of leakage point and the size of leakage,and the pressure wave method based pipeline leakage detection system has the characteristics of high stability,high efficiency and energy saving. |
