With the improvement of the national awareness of environmental protection and worldwide energy demand, prompting countries around the world to strengthen the development and application of energy technologies. The national "12th Five-Year Plan, particularly emphasis on the development and application of new energy technologies, waste heat recovery is an important part of the energy conservation and environmental protection. Problems of rational use of waste heat had been confused a widespread problem in the industrial production, these heat directly emitted into the atmosphere, not only causes waste of heat but also causes thermal pollution on the environment. In this paper, based on the Liaoshen Industrial Group waste heat recovery projects in the cylinder drop stamping part of the organization performance issues that may arised in the heat transfer process, using Pro/Mechanica simulation analysis of the thermal environment under the heat exchanger. In order to ensure that the waste heat recovery system will not affect the organization performance of the cylinder drop stamping part.In this paper, using thermodynamic analysis module of Pro/Mechanica, finishing the geometric modeling in Pro/Engineer, Using cylinder drop stamping part in the state of normal air cooling curve to create a boundary condition, simulated the thermal environment of cylinder drop stamping part under the heat exchanger, analyse the temperture nephogram and temperture gradient curve, supplied mechanical model and basical mathmatical model for control process.The paper also designed the key device-exchanger in the waste heat recovery process and using the inverted U-shaped plate heat exchanger for recycling the radiant heat of the cylinder drop stamping part and heating the water that flows through the heat exchanger, for workers bathing and boiler water. To achieve the purpose of reducing the amount of coal-fired and thermal pollution reduction, in order to make full use of industrial waste heat.This study mainly including the establishment of the cooling curve of the cylinder drop stamping part in the air-cooling process, The cylinder drop stamping part quenching to different temperature phase constitution diagram analysis and impact energy analysis, application software Pro/Mechanica analog the thermal state of cylinder drop stamping part in the heat transfer process. Metallurgical testing and impact energy experiments detailed analysis of the microstructure morphology of the cylinder drop stamping part in the new waste heat recovery system, from the microscopic point guarantee the mechanical properties of the cylinder drop stamping part does not change before and after the recovery system. Application of Pro/Mechanica analysis of the thermal state of the cylinder drop stamping part under the heat exchanger in the new heat recovery system, to illustrate the feasibility of waste heat recovery system in the macroscopic appearance, but also to verify the correctness of the metallographic analysis and impact energy analysis.The study use the theoretical analysis, program comparison and repeat trials, Pro/Mechanica technical have analysis and process simulation fuctions, able to quickly establish the the cylinder drop stamping part temperature field curve, and establishing that the cooling process in the various thermodynamic variation between the impact parameters, fast simulated in normal conditions during air cooling. Pro/Mechanica technology can power engineering design, equipment structural design, work time efficiency in calculation and analysis.The heat recovery systems of hot stamping and forging, design of heat exchanger with its unique which structure is different from the traditional plate heat exchanger. The new structure should be able to meet the production needs and should not affect the performance of stamping products and ensure the thermal efficiency of the waste heat recovery. In short, using heat pump technology for industrial waste heat recovery is one of the effective methods to solve the energy and environmental problems.Heat recovery system conforms to the requirements of the times, expanding energy utilization of heat pump-based waste heat recovery systems in the field of industrial production.
