Technology advances have made rapid development of electronic electronic devices, including non-linear power electronic devices seriously polluted the grid, so power quality has decreased, harm the interests of users. Active power filter can dynamically track the harmonic compensation, active power filter with reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression of power electronics technology has become an important research topic.Detailed discussion of the APF development, application, system structure, working principle, harmonic detection methods and control technology. In this paper, the ip, iq harmonic current detection method based on this method, the triangular wave comparison with the conventional method of controlling a combination of organic, with a triangular wave of a modified control strategy. This method is used a double-loop digital PI control, it is to control the instantaneous active current icp and instantaneous reactive current icq in a-β coordinate in order to achieve real-time tracking compensation current command current signal can change purposes. Improved triangular wave control method realizes the decoupling control of three-phase current, so that the whole control process has been simplified.This article is designed based on TMS320F2812control of shunt active power filter, the filter analysis software and hardware components. Hardware design mainly includes the design parameters of the main circuit design, design and implementation of digital controllers, conditioning circuits and how the signal is sampled, IGBT drive and protection, and how to implement the compensation current generating circuit. The simulation study on the system, the validity of the hardware and control algorithms, such as active power filters provide a reliable theoretical basis and experimental basis for the application in practice.
