With the rapid development of modern industry and the more and more open power market, more and more enterprises pay more attention to power quality problems, The country also put forward the construction of smart grid, and guarantee the power quality problems become more apparent, and the early age electricity, users and State Grid puts the emphasis on the power factor to the harmonic problems, and now with the application of more and more sophisticated technology products, make the harmonic problems of power grid more serious, thus damage electric equipment, so more and more people pay attention to the harmonic treatment in the power grid.Active power filter( APF), with the application of more and more advanced power switch component(IGBT)and control chip, which make the dynamic response characteristics and compensation accuracy more excellent, so active power filter is a kind of ideal harmonic control device, has been further applied in the scene of industrial production, at the same time has a function of reactive power compensation with a wide range of output. A lot of new control theories have been put forward based on the instantaneous reactive power theory advanced control chips appear, digital control harmonic control device has become the trend of development. The controller of the full digital development can reduce the complexity of the whole machine debugging, it is easy to upgrade the control theory of harmonic control device, reduce equipment maintenance costs and improve system.So full-digital has an important development significance to improve the performance of harmonic controlling with harmonic control device.This paper mainly analyzes the control strategy of active power filter, proposes a new control strategy based on instantaneous reactive power theory, carries on the system MATLAB(SIMULINK) simulation, verifies the correctness of the new control strategy.This paper is mainly to improve the performance of harmonic control device,The main research content is: Based on double(DSP-35)TMS320F283 design of full digital controller, controlling software of a plurality of control strategies, timing distribution etc.Finally, the main work is the manufacturing of prototype, the prototype assembly and field experiment of harmonic control device, and on the basis of the previous work to use flexibly, the harmonic control device is for reactive power compensation, enhances the added value of the device. Based on the theory to do a lot of performance compensation and experiments, complete debugging of field functional which is full-digital harmonic control device, and achieve the design goal.
