| Excavating machine is the most important equipment for excavation in open cut working. It makes great contributions to development of mining with its resistant to shock, fatigue resistance, and powerful characteristic. Working in severe atmosphere, excavating machine has a complex construction and bears a variable load, which makes the most significant working equipments sustain a very complex force. Thus theoretical analysis and static strength calculation of working equipments is necessary for design of excavating machine. Besides, the simulation analysis is also indispensible which makes sure the reliability of working equipments at the beginning of design.Based on virtual prototype technology, the paper modelings and analyzes equipments of excavating machinery with bucket capacity28m3which is regarded as research object. It studies movement and stress of working equipment parts when the excavating machinery is working.During the modeling of actuating arm, dipper and the other rigid bodies of excavating machinery, Solidworks is adopted. The paper uses RecurDyn Beltpulley to build a flexible body model of elevating hoisting cable. Using the ANSYS beam2units established in luffing wire rope model, and it modelings luffing wire rope with ANSYS beam2which is imported into the model of flexible body by RecurDyn Fflex. On the base of above, RecurDyn is used to make simulation analysis of excavating machinery.Through simulating the work device of mechanical excavator, we get the motion law of mechanical excavator and the mechanical condition of the equipment parts in work process,and compare with the calcalated walue.we get the relative error of each force,analy the mechanical condition and the reason of relative error provide reference for designing working device of mechanical excavator, and provide the necessary basis and the reference for the new machine. |
